Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our website packages are one-off investments with no ongoing commitment. Our management services (Meta advertising, AEO & GEO monitoring) are month-to-month - you can pause or stop at any time with 30 days notice.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
As much or as little as you want. We ask for one detailed briefing session at the start to understand your business. After that, most clients are only needed for approvals at key stages - reviewing designs, approving copy, and signing off before launch. We handle the rest.
What do you need from me to get started?
A completed free audit request is all we need to begin. From there, we'll schedule a brief discovery call (30 minutes) to ask our questions, then we're off. If you have existing brand assets (logo files, brand colours, existing copy), we'll ask you to share those - but it's not required.
How do you measure results?
We set specific, agreed goals at the strategy stage - and we track against them every month. Depending on your goals, we track website traffic, Google rankings, AI citation rates (how often ChatGPT or Perplexity recommends your business), ad performance (ROAS, cost per lead), and direct enquiry volume.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Every project includes revision rounds - website designs get two rounds, ad creatives get two rounds, and so on. If you're unhappy with the overall direction, we'll discuss it openly and find a solution. We'd rather spend time getting it right than have a client who isn't satisfied.
