Do I need to provide my logo and brand assets?
If you have a logo and brand guidelines, please share them and we'll work within your established identity. If you don't have a logo yet, we can create one as part of the project - just let us know when you enquire.
What file formats will I receive?
For print work, you'll receive print-ready PDFs at 300dpi with correct bleed and crop marks, plus the editable source files (AI or PDF) if requested. For digital assets you'll receive web-optimised PNG and JPG files. For social media templates, we can provide Canva-compatible or Adobe Express formats so you can update content yourself.
Can I update the designs myself after delivery?
Yes - if you'd like editable versions, we can deliver social media templates in Canva or Adobe Express format so you can swap out text and images yourself. For print files, we deliver editable PDFs where possible.
Do you offer brand identity or logo design?
Yes. A full brand identity package (logo, colour palette, typography, and basic brand guidelines) starts from $990. This is separate from our graphics and print service but can be bundled with a website or print package for a discounted rate.
