Are there any ongoing fees I should know about?
Our website packages are one-off investments - you own the site outright and there are no ongoing fees from us. Hosting costs (typically $20 to $50 per month) are billed directly to you by the hosting provider. Our management services (Meta advertising, AEO & GEO monitoring) are month-to-month with no lock-in.
What's included in 'AEO foundations' on the Spark plan?
The Spark plan includes basic schema markup (LocalBusiness, WebPage), a structured FAQ section, and on-page entity signals. This gives you a solid starting point for AI discoverability. The Evolve and Transform plans include full AEO & GEO implementation: structured data, entity optimisation, citation building, and ongoing monitoring.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. If you start with Spark and later want to add AEO & GEO management or Meta advertising, we can bring you onto those services at any time. We can also add pages to your website as your business grows.
Do you charge for ad spend on top of the management fee?
No - our fee covers campaign management only. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and is completely separate. We don't mark up ad spend. The minimum ad spend we recommend is $500 per month to generate meaningful data.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. All management services are month-to-month. If you decide to stop, give us 30 days notice and we'll wrap up cleanly, hand over all your assets, and leave you in a better position than we found you.
